I started a new workout , it hurts to type :-\

OMFG!!!! emoticon
Excuse my language but there is no other way to describe it. That was the hardest workout I've done since the Tae Be Billy Banks. emoticon

I could hardly do it at first but got it day by day. I did this ten years ago and it that worked. I'm 10 years older now so I think this will too, Just maybe not as fast. emoticon emoticon

I just need to Mad Motivate myself to do it. Work myself up into a frenzy! emoticon emoticon

Got to make sure I get enough rest the nights before I do this. I didn't have that energy tonight from my insomnia the night before emoticon!

Have you ever worked out so hard that you felt like you were gonna throw up? I got that at the end of this workout. emoticon

I'm gonna keep trudging though! If it doesn't kill me first! I got to find out how many calories and fat I burnt so I can log it properly.

Where's the stability people? I need it! Seriously. It's hard for me to focus, but this site has helped a lot. Also the people I meet and continue to meet help just as much, if not more. emoticon emoticon

I get like that, as some of you have seen. I'm really emotional, that's putting it lightly! emoticon

    I've never tried that workout, but I have borrowed her book "This is Why You're Fat" from the library. It's pretty good. A guy I worked with lost lots of weight, stabilized his blood pressure, and got his energy back by following the plan in her book.

    THANKS for sharing all of this information with us. I haven't seen the video that you suggested, but I have done the Taebo DVD, and I teach a cardio kickboxing class, so I KNOW from where you are coming. It is 'killer.' Best Wishes in reaching all of your goals.

    There is a Jackie Warner video fanteam in the Sparkteams. Someone there might have an idea of how you can figure out your burn rate.

    Your doing great, I will get to your level one day but those workouts still hurt my knees and ankles too much jumping about... I bet you look great doing it ! Gogogogogo Rock it girl! emoticon emoticon

    Great job on the workout!! I tried P90 X for a while and felt like you do but I prefer to walk, rollerblade, or bike now. It's lower impact on my knee. You are AWESOME.

    Thanks guys. She is awesome. She's real, not some fake hollywood smiling all the time at you cheering you on like a little girl.     LOL! I tried a new workout video today and I "marched" through most of it, because I just couldn't get it or I was so out of breathe I was almost falling over. Although I feel great after, love that exercise high!
