Your challenge is to complete 5-100's of anything you want each day! All strength and planned fitness minutes count! You pick your pleasure every day, but you must complete at least 3 different things daily! In other words you can do 300 crunches for 3 of your 100's, but the other 2 100's must be 2 different exercises...if you only complete 3 100's they must all be different!
For every 100 you complete each day you'll earn a emoticon"whack" for your team! If you complete all 5-100's in one day you'll earn an emoticon"pillow buster" bonus! Make sure to come to the Forest daily, add your points to your teams list and do some friendly 'pillow smack talkin' to the other teams!

Try to give yourself 2 of the 5 challenge days that you take a solid "swing" at calorie burn and complete 100 Fitness minutes! It's suggested that you plan Tuesday as one of those days to avoid too much strength training the day before WI! It's also suggested that you focus your ST 100's on core Tuesday as well!

Points are awarded as follows...
1 point for each "whack" you complete daily! (max daily points 5)
5 point "pillow buster" bonus if you complete ALL 5-100's for the day! (max daily bonus points 5 or 0)
Total of 10 points possible daily, including the bonus!

Challenge will run FRIDAY - TUESDAY

Friday: (Upper body) 5K
1. tricep kick backs (ouch)
2. bicep curls
3. squats
4. 100 fitness minutes
5. step-ups

=10 points

Saturday (Core)
1. 100 minutes exercise
2. jacknife on ball
3. crunches on ball
4. wood chops with medicine ball
5. torso twist with medicine ball
= 10 pts

Sunday -- 5K race
1. 100 minutes exercise (race & walk)
= 5 pts

Monday (Lower body) & BOSU class
1. 100 minutes exercise
2. 100 squats
3. 100 step-ups
4. 100 bicep curls
5. 100 tricep kickbacks
= 10 pts.

Tuesday (Core) & 5K

= 35 pts total challenge
