Thursday evening

Okay, it is 4:26 on Thursday evening. I just entered my food into my tracker, including my plans for dinner. I am at 2100 calories. My goal is 1350-1700, still I am not at all disappointed because this is the first time this week I've stayed under 2500. Yay ME!!!

I talked to hubby on the phone a little while ago and he asked if I was walking the dog when I got home. I told him of course and he asked me to wait for him because he felt so great when he walked her last night while I was in class that he wants to go with us tonight. I am so happy about that. He has been talking about trying to get healthier and lose some weight too and now he's wanting to walk with us, and said he was going to weigh in on Wii Fit in the morning.

All in all today has been a good day, I exercised this morning, I'm walking this evening, I lowered my calories from my current norm and I am feeling good about this start.
