WEEK 5- Pillow Fight
This challenge runs Friday, October 7th through Monday, October 10th!
P = Psst Leave a goodie or message on a Pal’s Spark Page. 10pts per page (50pts Max a day)
I = Ink- Write down your calories and stay in range. 10pts per day
L = Liquid- Drink minimum 8cps water a day. 10pts per day
L = Limbs & Love Handles- Any arm, leg or core ST. 1rep=1pt (50pts Max a day)
O = Oomph- Put some oomph into your meals with 5 freggies minimum a day. 10pts per day
W = Walk- jog, run, swim, X-train for 30min minimum daily. 10pts per day.
FIGHT = Find a boxing DVD, spark workout, gym class or workout on the net for a BONUS 100pts
I have been struggling. I need accountablity. Hopefully, by posting this, I will be better about doing it. Check up on me, that will help. Thanks. I may have a corneal abrasion. I will find out this afternoon. If I do, I don't know what that means to exercise. But I will ask.
