Now I need to follow my own advice: Start each day all shiny and new

Well folks it is time for me to follow my own advice. I need to start each day new and not fall into the trap of "yesterday". Today I went to the doctors office for my 2 month check up and the past month caught up with me TODAY of all days. I was showing a total weight loss of only 3 pounds in 2 months. I cannot say " how did that happen" b/c I very well know how. I wasn't tracking, I wasn't walking as much as needed, and I just was not careful. -
Shucks, I cannot blame the scale. emoticon

O.K. wake-up call time. emoticon

I need to start today "shiny and new" or let myself become "tarnished and old". Hmm I wonder, I think I will choose the first option. emoticon

So here's to a new day!!

    It's like you said... each day is shiny and new and free of mistakes - so begin tomorrow by exercising and if you can stay within your calorie range - kudos! You can do it. I use those Walk Away the Pounds videos by Leslie Sansone. The past week and a half I've only done the 1 Mile Super Challenge - its only 15 minutes - but its high energy! Its not a huge workout - but something is better than nothing. Good luck on the beginning of your new journey. You can do it!

    It's much easier to give advice than it is to follow it, I find myself guilty of not taking the advice that I give from time to time. But I'm working on that, and getting better at it. Good luck! emoticon
