1) www.podrunner.com

Great, upbeat and free workout mixes! Podrunner has a variety of tracks ranging from a C25k program, to dozens of set-beat mixes. I used the C25k interval program and am now working my way through their Gateway to 8k program.

2) www.supercook.com

This recipe macro-searcher lets you input all of the ingredients you have and tells you what recipes you can make. You can even highlight a specific ingredient (eg that pesky zucchini that people keep dropping off on your doorstep) to find targeted recipes. It's a lifesaver!

3) nutritiondata.self.com/tools/n

The mother of all nutrition tools. I just discovered this one yesterday and am amazed! I am still uncovering new functions! It gives very, very, very detailed nutrition information about thousands of foods and lets you search by nutrient, fat, carb and protein content. It is great for meal planning when you are trying to squeeze in all your daily requirements!!!

4) www.coolrunning.com

This is the site that got me started on the C25k program the first time several years ago. I love the low key approach - it feels more homey and welcoming than runner's world!

5) ruthkazez.com/ZeroTo1mile.html

I started doing this zero to a mile swimming program last spring and made it about halfway through before I went on vacation and no longer had access to a pool! It is basically C25k for swimming and is a great off-day training program for runners.

    Love it! I am fumbling through a C25K program too, and have used both coolrunnings AND podrunner, I agree they are awesome sites! I'll have to check out supercook - but allrecipes.com does the same thing! They even have a side for ingredients you do NOT want! I'm a superfan of it! Love your choices!
