OOO Day 4 Recap and Goals for Day 5

Things went well yesterday. I met all of the goals I wanted to. I did go over my range by about 60 or so calories, but that's OK with me. I did not exercise yesterday, and I'm considering taking today off as well. At least skip my strength training. My neck is sore today right at the base of my skull. We'll see how things shake out though. Wednesday's are sort of unofficial day off as I do housework and watch an hour and a half of Biggest Loser.

Goals for yesterday:
Vacuum - emoticon
Post on SP boards - emoticon
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes - emoticon
Elliptical for 1/2 mile (if my body isn't too sore, strength training was tiring yesterday) - No, was too sore and stiff
Moisturize after shower - Nope, didn't exercise.
Get some paper work done - emoticon
Stay within calorie range - emoticon Close enough, was 60 or 70 calories over I think.
No snacking after dinner - emoticon

Goals for Wednesday, October 5:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
Moisturize after shower
Clean cat box (trash day tomorrow)
Squeeze in a vlog if possible
Laundry. Fold and put away. Don't let it sit forever.
Sit on stability ball during Biggest Loser. Keep forgetting that.
Stay in calorie range
No snacking after dinner
