I'm tracking every morsel that enters my mouth....including condiments. Now, because of PEANUT BUTTER and MAYO, I am almost over for calories, but under for carbs and protein for the day! UUUGGGG! At least I am aware now, and won't make the same mistake again. Oh, and ANOTHER treat I learned about those evil, tempting condiments, McDonald's ranch dipped sauce, 200 calories! Crossing that off my list!
