Still pressing forward

Making important changes that are small steps toward moving the scale. My clothes are fitting looser and my chubby cheeks are starting to shed some pudge. I'm starting some activities I haven't tried in months because of the weight.. I'm learning the scale can be my friend sometimes..and snacking was and still is somedays my downfall. It isn't my meals it is the junk that calls my name when I am bored.. Learning to count everything that goes in my mouth and getting in all my water (plus some more) are making a difference in my choices.
I've only been Sparking for a short time, but the Spark is spreading and my hips are shrinking..
