Running Intervals and New Rule of Lifting for Women

This is for my own recording because I'm better at remembering to type than to write it down somewhere! And, this is good for me to record and remember my accomplishments, so I can look back and remind myself when I am having a rough time with dieting and exercise.

Intervals 4x400 at the track
Average - 9.01 mile
Max - 6.09 mile (holy cow!)
Warm up - .43 9.49
400 - 6.45 (this is really good for me!)
.19 cool down - 10.03

I am also on week for of the New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women, and I love it! I highly recommend the book. I can tell I am stronger, and I feel very accomplished knowing how to use the squat rack!
