OOO Day 3 Recap and Goals for Day 4

Another unplanned "on your own" food night last night. We ended up getting pizza because there's no food in the house, lol. I got a medium Pacific Veggie pizza. Very good. Kind of like the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich only in pizza form. From now on, I'll get the sandwich, because it's basically the same only built in portion control. I ended up having 4 slices since I was hungry. Have 4 slices left and will eat though today. That's all right. I wasn't over my range too much, not as bad I have been anyway.

Strength Train - emoticon
Elliptical for 1/2 mile - emoticon
Don't sit out in the other room waiting for the guys to leave for work. - Irrelevant, they took the day off.
Clean Cat Box - emoticon
Vacuum - No. No excuse other than hubby was around.
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes - emoticon
Moisturize after shower - emoticon
Post on Spark boards - emoticon
Stay within calorie range - No.
No snacking after dinner - emoticon

Goals For Tuesday, October 4:

Post on SP boards
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Elliptical for 1/2 mile (if my body isn't too sore, strength training was tiring yesterday)
Moisturize after shower
Get some paper work done
Stay within calorie range
No snacking after dinner
