Monday Morning Mile Week 9; Zumba Update

Ran the mile in 13:34 this morning. Managed to maintain the pace for over two miles. Feeling positive about my ability to go the distance for the 5K.
Zumba was a growing experience for me. I stuck with it despite feeling uncomfortable at times. i was pleased that I stuck with it and that I did not have a mini melt down. It brought back lots of memories of fifth grade aerobics! It helped a lot that the instructor started the class saying there was "no right way" and that the best thing you can do is "keep coming back"
Between zumba and aerobics yesterday I was exhausted. Actually shut the computer off sometime before 11pm and was asleep by midnight! I had a great night's sleep too.
Allowed my trainer to take an 'after' picture yesterday. It will be interesting to see the before and after pics side by side! I tend to think I still have a loooooongg way to go, but the feedback I am getting lets me know that I am still looking through a distorted lens.
Praying that God will give me the focus to see the changes in me and also praying for a job.
