October - The Start of Another Month

I have spent quite a bit of time resting the last few days. TOM has given me a run for my money, but my stomach has been out of whack - definitely not the end of a month or start of another that I was hoping for. Either way, it's time to set some goals for October!
- 5 days of cardio every week (at least 30 minutes each of those days)
- 4 days of strength training
- 8 glasses of water everyday
I figured it's time to get myself back to basics!
On a different note, I've been promising some more photos from the shoots I did on Saturday. One of the shoots was with my daughter, Daisha, and the other was for the family I baby-sit for. Here's one sneak peak from each session (I haven't even edited the photos from Daisha's shoot yet):
This is one of my favorites of Daisha simply because it shows her attitude without saying a word!
Jessica's red hair made for some gorgeous photos in the sunset - there will definitely be more to come!
