The Plan for October!

Let me start by saying that my plans for September did not happen as planned. I fell off the horse and let the exhaustion get the best of me. Now it's the start of a new month, so I am hoping to saddle back up and get back on the horse.
My Goals for October include:
~ atleast 3 workouts/week
~ Complete a 5K at the end of the month
~ Track my food and workouts 5x/week
~ Drink more water
GOALS TO INCREASE SPARKPEOPLE ACTIVITY:
~Write 2 blogs/week
~Visit my Sparkteams at least 1x/week
GOALS TO MAINTAIN MY SANITY:
~Find some time for me
I am really going to push myself to reach these goals... NO MORE EXCUSES.....THE TIME IS NOW...... Any support is welcome and appreciated!
