Gateway to 8k Week 2 Day 3

I've been working out again for two weeks now. I've managed at least five days a week of cardio and the bootcamp program. And I'm thrilled to say that I have a new 5k PR: 36 minutes!!!!

I restarted the podrunner Gateway to 8k last week. Week 2 day 3 was tough the first time around - I was hungover and it was around 85º out, even though it was the 1st of October and nearly 8pm. (FYI, it should have been around 55-65º!!!!!) So I rebooted and redid the run today. So glad I did, as I now have a stylin' new PR to show for it!!!
