Changes taking place over time...I suspect some of my new lifestyle changes fit into this category. Diet Green Tea with Ginseng, the new coffee. Low fat peanut butter, the new chocolate. Walking/running, the new anti-depressant. These are some of the things that have changed my life over the last 6 months. I feel SO much better. I will never again go back to my "old" way of life. I have a ways to go, but I have come so far!
