Good morning! It’s a new Monday. I’m starting over for like the 5th time in the last month, deciding I can’t let one bad day de-rail me. I have only worked out 3 times since my half marathon on Sept 4th, talk about crappy! But I’m maintaining my weight loss with decent eating I just need to re-kickstart the workouts! I talked to my husband last night and think we will sign up with the YMCA. I get irritated with a community based organization charging so darn much for their program. Part of the irritation I guess is that I currently have free gym on the navy base here so I have a hard time justifying spending $80 a month of gym fees but they offer waaaaay more classes at the Y, have later hours and are slightly closer to my house (about 8 minutes). My daughter can also do dance, and do toddler gymnastics which we’d have to pay for elsewhere anyway and they’ll be included in our membership so I think we’ll splurge and go for it! We have such crazy schedules but I mapped out our week, and this is what it would look like:
Monday: Work (me) 6:30-3; School (hubby) 5-7:15; Boot camp workout (hubby) 8-8:45
Tuesday: Work (me) 6:30-3; Running (me) 3-4; School (hubby) 5-7:15; Tumbling (KK) 4-4:45
Wednesday: Work (me) 6:30-3; Cycling (hubby) 6:45-7:45; Sculpt Xpress (me) 8-8:45
Thursday: Work (me) 6:30-3; Running (me) 3-4; School (hubby) 5-7:15
Friday: Work (me) 6:30-3; Kickboxing (me) 4:15-5:15
Saturday: Work (hubby) 6-1:30; Pre-ballet (KK) 10:15-11; Weightlifting (hubby) 2-3
Sunday: Work (hubby) 6-3; REST!!!
As you can see life will be crazy, of course in between all of these activities I have to be a wife, mommy, housekeeper, and Lia Sophia advisor! But hopefully at the start of the New Year I will be another 15 lbs down from where I am now and can start studying for a personal training cert! All the craziness will be worth it! Can’t wait to start making goals for 2012! What are your goals?!!
