October 2: I am thankful for my body moving with ease.

Today, I ate too many almonds. And a couple of munchkins (which my study partner brought with her). BUT, in honor of today's affirmation, I got in 30 minutes of walk/jog and 10 minutes of yoga (via Fitness TV On Demand). I feel excellent!
I'm feeling really focused. I'm hoping October 3 brings the same!
