So, the first day of my Operation Overhaul went...OK. My day was fine up until around 2 PM when I found out my mother in-law was making fudge. I did have one small piece of fudge, probably around 1 ounce. And that's all I'm having. It is WAY too sweet for me.
Then around 4 or 5 in the afternoon...guess what's for dinner? Fast food! Here's where the day went completely wonko. My husband and I thought everyone (hubby, me, mother in-law, father in-law, and 20 year old nephew) all agreed on fish and chips. When mother in-law gets back with the food, turns out my husband and I are the ones with the fish, my in-laws aren't eating, and our nephew got Wendy's. What?!?! If we had any idea she'd be going to multiple places, we wouldn't have gotten fish. Plus, the "chips" for our "fish and chips" were actually fries from McDonalds. Again, if I had any clue, I would've gotten my normal salad and parfait from McDonalds.
Instead I eat the fish (which was good, but greasy) and I eat the stupid LARGE fry from McDonalds. Great. Had a stomach ache the rest of the night and felt blah. Went over my calories for the day and was not please with the whole situation. This family needs to learn communication skills.
