Happy October My Spark Friends
I had notes all written for a blog on goals when I remembered a sign I had read yesterday so decided to hold off on goal setting blog.
The sign read something like this - worrying about getting fitness in does not burn calories.
Are you a worrier with no action - October is a new month and perfect time to start afresh with small doable goals and if needed an attitude adjustment.
Let's get excited.
I was going to skip October's Calendar on 31 days to healthier kids and then I got to thinking that just maybe there was something I could learn from this ( my little attempt at my own attitude adjustment).

Let's start October with an upbeat attitude - supporting and encouraging one another as we make progress towards becoming healthier.
I want to be like a kid, in fact I want a childlike spirit.
Let's add some fun to our workout routines
