OOO October 1 Goals

Day 1 of Operation October Overhaul. Here are my goals for the day.

Stay within calorie range - 1200 - 1550
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Send some Spark goodies to people
Post on Spark boards (chat threads)
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
Moisturize arms, legs and face after shower
Leave comments on people's blogs or pages
No snacking after dinner

No specific order or time for any of these. As it is Saturday, I don't really know what plans we have. As long as these get done sometime during the day.

I may also do my recaps in the mornings. I don't know if posting updates in the evenings is going to work. We watch TV in the evenings, and usually go straight to bed, so I think it will be better to post in the mornings.

    Post when it works for you. I usually post either in the afternoons or morning the day after. Good luck with your OOO goals!
