Scale, how do I hate you!?

Let me count the ways. Back up to 185 after I worked my butt off getting down to 181. WTF?! Yes. I said it . Nothing like edema to completely ruin a good run of loss. Four pounds of water weight and I'm off track. Working on ways to get my body to shed the water weight but it is the wrong time of the month for me to think about it. Add in my monthly bloat and we get a lot of WTF thoughts going on. So for today I have anthropomorphized the scale and given it feelings that get hurt when I hate it. Take that you horrid scale.
Just whining about it feels better. I promise that soon I'll have a good post about something good that is happening but for today I'm in whine mode.

    Unfortunately water weight is something we women know too much about. The good news is next week should reflect the water weight loss, plus hopefully a little more. Stay positive.
