Ever just have a day where you really aren't feeling it - or worse, you are starting to feel like you might be settling into a "not-feeling-it" phase?
Maybe it is the stress of the big party weekend gone, and the lack of sleep for 5 days or so catching up to me, and the okay but not great eating (which includes left overs long after the guests have departed)
Yesterday I was starting to really feel not so great in my mental space - but I was able to walk/run it out - I may become addicted to running for this very reason
That feeling is back today but earlier in the day - I just want it to go away
October is just around the corner and it is my favorite month - I will not let October be ruined by a funk - no how, no way!
ps - I want my sugar and half & half back!
