Ever just have a day where you really aren't feeling it - or worse, you are starting to feel like you might be settling into a "not-feeling-it" phase?

Maybe it is the stress of the big party weekend gone, and the lack of sleep for 5 days or so catching up to me, and the okay but not great eating (which includes left overs long after the guests have departed)

Yesterday I was starting to really feel not so great in my mental space - but I was able to walk/run it out - I may become addicted to running for this very reason

That feeling is back today but earlier in the day - I just want it to go away

October is just around the corner and it is my favorite month - I will not let October be ruined by a funk - no how, no way!

ps - I want my sugar and half & half back!

Oh Katie! I know the feeling. I've found that if you just tough it out and continue to fight it, you'll eventually feel better. What's that saying...fake it 'till you make it? Hang in there. You'll get back into a routine & you'll shake this blah feeling.
My work was really stressing me and I found myself running/walking a slot. It definitely becomes therapeutic. I see why so many people love it.
October won't be ruined because you won't let it be ruined. You are determined & focused, so remember how strong you are and kick this thing in the butt! You can do it! emoticon

This running thing... lately when I get bad or stressful news, I find myself thinking "I need to run... (away?)" and I envision myself just running down the road with no worries. I think that's why I've gotten to like this running thing. I am just out to compete against myself, I get the air, and I am kinda sorta "running away from it all." Very therapeutic for me. :-)

I NEED my creamer in the morning. I have it and track it. It makes me happy.

Hope the funk gets kicked out! I have been there too many times! Good luck and have a happy today!

I'm glad you got through it today. It's a bummer when that happens, but you must feel very proud of yourself for not giving into the temptation to just slack off. That's hard work! emoticon

Girl.. if the bit of sugar and half and half are a big deal have them and track them! I know you want to get to know the taste of coffee but this is NOT about deprivation but SOARING! And you ARE soaring!

And October is going to be a FABULOUS month! You are amazing! And you WILL shake this mood. Sleep is a beautiful thing. It will refresh you and renew you. Fill yourself up on some JOY. What renews you? Music is huge for me. A good book? A walk? Invest in yourself.. you will receive a HUGE payout!
