Goals 9/26 and review of last weeks goals

I managed to complete all my goals last week so am happily listening to Adele right now--love her voice!

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day DONE
2. Stay within my calorie range all week DONE
3. Cardio at least 3 x this week (750 cals or more) DONE (did about 1200 cals)
4. Complete daily chore list DONE **Yeah**
5. Don't eat in front of TV DONE
6. ST 3x this week DONE

New Goals for this week:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day
2. Don't eat in front of the TV
3. Cardio 3x this week
4. ST 3x this week
5. Stay within calorie range
