Ready or not, here comes October...

September was pretty much a stale mate for me, but I'm feeling great at the end and looking forward to October! May as well lay out my goals now.
~ Lose 5 lbs
~ Workout 26 out of 31 days (very ambitious!!)
~ Now that the half marathon is over, I would like to get in at least 2 long runs of 8-10 miles
~ Limit the caffeine to 3x per week. For some reason, I'm having a hard time with this one. I'm off again on again and I've been on again for a few weeks...
~ Stick to my calorie range 1400-1800 per day
~ Continue to ST 3x per week
~ Put up some good numbers in my 5% challenge weigh-ins
