As the years pass I have begun to realize what a favorite saying of my grandmother Irene meant when she use to say "Keep Living"

To keep living means to keep experiencing. You never stop learning. You never stop experiencing and people never cease to amaze you.

I remember my mother use to get down on the floor and she would have a hard time getting back up. I would say to myself, just get up, what was so hard about getting off the floor. "Keep Living"

At the age of 42 I started pre-menopause. I thought I was pregnant! I told my doctor I was ALWAYS REGULAR AND ON TIME with the exception of my daughter, and then my son. My doctor reminded me that I had my tubes tied.

I took my grands to a water park last year. We had a picnic and a great time, I was feeling full of energy, I started following them off the grass heading to the pools, a wall separated us from the water area. They quickly climbed over and jumped off,, my mind said you can do it, my body said NO WAY.
