Hello and Meal Plan

I am alive, thought I would check in. Still not working full-time. I run out of rent money after October's cheque, so I have a little time left before disaster. On the bright side, I have an interview on Friday with the company I work part-time for. I am really, really hoping it is a good outcome.

I have not been cooking much lately, but have decided to get back into it. This week I am trying some recipes from the Oct. 2011 Clean Eating Magazine.

I've decided on:

-Chayote Salad
-Kale Quinoa Soup (Supposed to be Barley, kiddo has to limit gluten.)
-Raw Butternut Squash Salad
-Southwest Meatballs
-Pomegranate-Chipotle Chicken

They all seem pretty kiddo friendly, and not too hard to make. I will let you know how I like the recipes next week,

Still not doing an awful lot of working out, but I did sign up for Swimming Lessons. This way, I have a structured once-a-week period where I am moving and active. It's a start. My goal is to move through the 4 levels, and be able to swim laps for exercise, seeing as the community centre is practically in my backyard.
