September 9: 40 minutes - Elliptical, Step Machine
September 11: 30 minutes - Walking
September 13: 45 minutes - Yoga
September 14: 45 minutes - Walk/Run intervals (1.75miles), yoga
September 15: 20 minutes - Walk
September 16: 25 minutes - Walk
September 17: 6 minutes - Treadmill, not feeling well
September 18: 40 minutes - Run/Walk intervals (2 miles), crunches
September 19: 90 minutes - Yoga, BL Bootcamp Lvl1, crunches
