    Welcome to Spark! Excellent first week! ...5 lbs lost! Love your focus and dedication, especially regarding exercise. You've made a lot of changes in a very little amount of time: food tracking and exercise in the first week! And, 60 minutes on the treadmill, first at 2.8 w/1% incline and then 2.0 for the remainder. That is AMAZING!!! Keep up the GREAT work! One day at a time...It's all part of the journey that we are traveling on together. emoticon emoticon

    WAY TO GO! If you need to you, take it 5 minutes at a time! You can do this!

    Congratulations on your 5 lb loss. That is awesome!

    I am starting my third month and am finding it is getting more easy each day. I know it will for you too.

    Nice Work! I like that you're starting to make small changes in your life. It is not a total overhaul so you won't be too overwhelmed. Don't get upset if you have a few slip ups, just get back on track and realise exactly why you want to lead this healthy lifestyle. I hope all goes well :)

    I am on my 4th week now. It has been tough to change and keep going but with the people on here that give you positive help and keep you moving forward it has made things better. I am excited for you and keep up the good work!

    Wow you have motivated me and gave me inspiration. Been on sparkpeople a month now but haven't work hard at it yet because of my health and things going on in my Life.Now thing at more calm I can start my diet program and workouts.You give me hope.     I'm one week ahead of you (started week 3 Monday). Isn't it funny how we give ourselves the weekend before changing our lifestyle? Anyway, I completely understand what you're going through.

    Keep positive and don't push yourself too hard on the exercise. Slow and steady. You can definately do this! emoticon

    Thanks for sharing with us, you are truly an inspiration as you go through all the fears and tough times, just know that you are not alone and many people are here for encouragement. Take it easy, don't overdo it on the treadmill but stay consistent. You are young and much stronger than you know, so hang in there. It gets better with every day. emoticon

    Posey - I have a webcam built into my computer. So, I just record and upload it like a picture. You may need to buy a webcam. If you go to Best Buy or something like that I'm sure they can help you. I like doing video blogs more because I think my writing is boring!
