It's Ok, seriously...

So I was unhealthy in my eating yesterday, but I'm ok.

Really, it's ok.

No seriously, I'll be fine.

I used to beat myself up, especially when I started a new weight loss journey. I'd get so down in the dumps on bad days that I was setting myself up for failure. Not now. I know I did badly yesterday. In the grand scheme of things it could have been worse. You have to learn to forgive yourself and continue on. So I know today I'll work a little bit harder at the gym and I'll continue to eat healthily. I can forgive others, now it's time to learn to forgive myself. I'm so there!

Goals from Friday:

1) Make it to the gym for Zumba at 7pm. - Done!
2) Make dinner at home. - Done! And all fresh, double done!
3) Do homework. - Oops, but with good reason...

Goal for last week: Equipment training course. - Done! Which is why I didn't do homework on Friday because I was at the gym until almost 9pm taking the equipment training. Glad I can start using the machines now!

Goal for the month: Eat fresher. - I'm slowly getting there.

New Goals:
Today: Use the machines instead of a class at the gym today. Stay within my calorie/fat/carb range.

Week: Finish all of my drawing homework and summarize the novels I'm working on. Make appointment with both professors. Go to the gym at least 3x.

Month: Eat fresher
