I picked up a book on how to treat your own knee pain. There is a simple 6 week program in there that I've been doing. It involves stretching the quads & hamstrings and also doing strength, endurance and balance. I'm starting my 3rd week today. I was doing fantastic and noticing a lot of improvement, then last Thursday, I went shopping for work. I went to three stores and was gone all morning, and my knee hated it. I experienced severe pain that is just now subsiding.

I'm going to look for a good Chiropractor and see what they can do for me. The thing that causes me the most grief is a tendon that runs from under the knee cap to the back of the knee. It has been so incredibly tight since June. I can always feel it like a hard rubber tube. My right knee, is normal. I want my left knee to be like my right!

I love my bike, with this PT I use it for endurance on M, W & F. I was doing 30 mins, but last Friday with the inflammation, I only did 20. It is great that you can set it's clock and have it do a count down for you. It is super quiet too, so I can watch TV and ride.

Sorry to hear that you are still struggling with your knee. I know two good chiropractors here in town and I'm willing to share. I'll sparkmail you their names.

Super your doing PT exercise, however if it keeps hurting please contact a doctor. If you have ripped anything it is a shame to do alot of exercises that can make the problem worse not better.. Get it checked out..
