Commitment to the Fall Challenge

I just squeaked into the fall challenge so I am running a little behind. I am grateful to the cats team for allowing me to join.
I will participate in the challenge for the entire 8 weeks.
I will exercise for 30+ minutes for 5 or 6 days each week (1180 calories)
I will eat within my calorie range and drink my water
I will try to blog and communicate with team members to give and get support.
I will post my minutes etc...
I have high hopes for this challenge.
