Well I thought this week was great.
Sunday - Walk/Ran a 5K with my hubby
Monday - 120 minutes of yoga and kickboxing
Tuesday - 120 minutes of ST and Bootcamp
Wednesday - 60 minutes of kickboxing
Thursday - Rest
Friday - 45 minutes of ST
I ate within my range all week. Yes, it was on the higher end of my range but it was 200+ calories less a day with better choices than I have been making over the past couple of months.
And when I got on the scale this morning, I was up .2 lbs.
I am bummed, but I am also expecting TOM any minute now. So maybe I did make progress and I'm just holding water.
...I did drink 12-16 glasses of water a day this week.
So on to a new week and some new goals!
Last week's goals:
Weight: 146# - FAIL!
Water: 10+ glasses everyday! - DONE!
Exercise: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday - DONE!
TRACK MY FOOD!!! - DONE!
Next week's goals:
No PM (random after dinner) snacking. Only one dessert during the week and one on the weekend. (I get one treat at The Big E this Saturday!)
Drink 10+ glasses of Water A Day
Track All Food!
Exercise - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday!
