Yesterday was a great great GREAT day! Please do judge me!

So, following my disastrous Wednesday (see last blog) I was determined - DETERMINED - that my Thursday was going to be spot on. And I bloody did it, thank you very much. I woke up, packed my normal healthy breakfast and lunch to take to work, with my litre bottle and my gym and swimming clothes. All day at work, I tracked everything BEFORE I put it in my mouth. After work, I headed to the gym for half an hour, got in some time on the cross trainer. Then I had a netball match for 40 minutes (which we won 29-7 YAYYY!) and THEN I went over to the swimming pool for an hour! Oh, I forgot to update, I had my first "adult improver" swimming lesson on Monday, which was great. I can swim, but I'm just not a confident swimmer, I can't do the whole breathing thing properly, and I really wanna learn how to do the breaststroke. So yeah, I decided to go practice for an hour last night, and I loved it.
Didn't get home until around 10pm after all that exercise. So just had a quick dinner and a WW chocolate mousse. Did still leave me a bit hungry going to bed, but I don't like eating so late.
I am so proud of myself. Glad I stuck to it, didn't try and overcompensate and starve myself just cos of Wednesday's sillyness. And I feel so much better for it. Going to do the same today too. Got Day 6 out of 15 of my 5K training plan tonight. It's a 40 minute run, with 1 minute walk/4 minute jog intervals. Looking forward to it. And then tomorrow, it's badminton time! Whopppeeee! I absolutely love badminton; it's the best thng ever. The 3 hours fly by, and it proper gets a sweat-on. Fun times.
