Glad for Challenges

Yesterday I joined the 10 minute a day exercise challenge. Today I did not "have time" for exercise. I got home from running around after 8pm and was full as a tick from eating out with my sister and niece (BAD). Then I remembered the challenge... so I did 10 minutes of hooping, and did some strength training. I would not have done any exercise if I had not accepted the 10 minute challenge. So, I'm grateful for Spark Challenges - this one is helping to keep me in line.
