It has been a much better day! After staying up until 3am, Tony's brother ended up going to a church about 5 miles from our apartment and crashed. He, of course, couldn't have been bothered to call first to tell us he wasn't coming after all. He instead came by around 9:30 this morning. After 3+ months since he became so disrespectful to us in our own home, he finally decided to man up and apologize today. I listened to what he had to say then finally let loose with every thought I've had regarding his behavior for the last year, including all of the crap I've listened to from his parents because of it. By the time his "visit" was over, Tony and I had changed the whole tone of the situation in an attempt to change his mind about this ridiculous cross-country trip because of the circumstances. We tried to get him to go back home and find a job to save up and take a bus to Colorado. Nothing worked... not being nice, not being a bitch, not using guilt trips, not even bribery. We saw him off, said our good-byes, and now just hope he makes it to his final destination safely. I hate that my instincts are normally true because I have a really bad feeling about this.

On a different note, I took a much needed break from editing for the majority of the day. I got some great cleaning done this morning in the midst of my venting... it's so cathartic. LOL And I still managed to get in a great cardio workout and my strength training moves for the TNT challenge for BLC (plus the extras for the M2W challenge).

Now I'm back to editing... I've been a roll tonight. :) I'm not posting any pics for ya'll tonight, but I promise there will be more to come!

Glad you got to speak your mind. I know you've held your tongue for so long, it had to have felt great to get it all out. Just remember his bad decisions are not your personal problem.
