I walked my first 5k!!
I feel SO good! I can't believe just walking can do that. I have been walking at least 4 days a week, training for this 5K, and I think I'm going to continue. It gives me such energy. I even came home from walking 3.1 miles and walked up to get my kids from school, which is about a mile round trip.
Next step is to work up to a 5K jog.
I feel GREAT! And now I'm off to shower then make a wonderful & healthy dinner.
