Benefits of having a Cold/Flu celebrating the positives

When you have a cold or flu there are many benefits
you are always drinking water to ease your sore thoat and to stop coughing
all food tastes like nothing, has no flavour so Ive been having lots of homemade vegetable soup (not many cals )
Im not hungry I really dont feel like eating anything even dark chocolate
my nose isnt running so I can still go to the gym and do something
I have an excuse for having a nap and going to bed early
feeling like this makes me appreciate that I am lucky to be in good health most of the time
