So I've taken a break away and have been reading alot of books on weight management. I feel like I'm finally starting to understand the process now and feel more in control of how to go about this.
I was feeling very frustrated and defeated as I was working so hard at it and there was simply no change in my weight or size.
After talking with my doctor and discovering some new challenges I now understand much better why this was happening.
I'm now preparing to make some additional changes to what my plan was here on Spark, and hopefully this will finally kick start my metabolism.
I also feel like I have a much better handle on the whole exercise dilemma.
I also have a great motivator to work hard at this for the next 3 months....my hubby & I are going to Cuba on December 27th till January 3rd. I can't wait. I'd really like to be able to loose some of the weight by then so I'm not so self-conscious wearing a bathing suit.
