If the title of this blog hasn't already made it apparent, I am PMSing.
I dont know about you ladies, but I never want to pause and think "Its okay, It's only PMS and it will pass." I am alot more insecure. And I am in fear and worry more. Its always everything but the PMS. It's the boyfriend. It's the snotty girls at work.
I eat more junk food. and larger portions of it. I tell myself its just my bodys way of preparing for the period. and that maybe i need food. and now my bellys all pooched out...and my love handles are gross.
This too shall pass. I talk to a guy who is a christian and he works next door to me.
He tells me you are what you eat. and to eat a small meal every 6 hours. he says runs 10 miles every day. Hes 54 years old and very insperational. I dont know exactly what im getting at. Is there a certain diet for PMS? I havn't been excersizing either. :(

    I have learned through the years that a continuous diet of eating healthy does help "alleviate" they symptoms, but honestly, I've yet to find anything to take them away. Stay away from salts and drink lots and lots of water.

    This is one of those times that you have to stay strong and fight thru the urges...

    I do eat 6 small healthy meals a day...that is good information. I have healthy protein shakes I got from GNC..the chocolate brands help the chocolate cravings.

    And yes..exercising dont have to run 10 miles..but being as active as you can helps the endorphines flow thru your body.

    and you already got one of the things down...."this too shall pass" lol... stay strong!
