P90X - Day 2

Whats up my Spark Peeps!

Just completed day 2 plyometrics. Found it very difficult to get through the entire workout. I didn't get much sleep last night so I don't think that helped very much. I joined a gym the other day so I'm going to do some swimming later tonight to supplement my workout.

I had another good diet day. I'm really loving my vitamix machine! Its amazing what that thing can do. I literally throw all the organic veggies I have in my fridge and put them in there whole and out comes a beautiful creation. I hope I'm not overdoing it though. I tend to make at least 2 of these veggie drinks a day. In each one is approximately 2 large carrots, half a big cucumber, cup of baby spinach, an apple, and a cup of broccoli.

Additionally, I'm getting in the routine of taking my aloe vera, whey protein, green cuisine powder, fish oil, and liquid multivite everyday. I'm so glad I'm doing all these different things to improve my health. P90X + Swimming + 2 veggie drinks/day + vitamins/supplements seems like a great combination.

My thoughts are that if I'm going to get back in shape, I'm going to go full throttle! Let's go!
