Daisy Dukes

I *will* own a pair of these...

I will never walk outside of the house in them....

I will wash my dishes in them...

I will make my bed in them....

I will put them on after I get out of the shower...

I will put Catherine Bach/Jessica Simpson to shame in my Daisy Dukes....

I will wear these Daisy Dukes while I'm doing everything...

I want to be comfortable enough in my own body to wear a pair of these. I don't want anyone to see me in them because I don't really know how appropriate they actually are for anyone to wear. But I feel that this is some sort of defining moment for me. If I can put a pair of these on and look half-way decent in them then I will be absolutely okay with that.

I don't want to own the "Little Black Dress". Although, I probably will own one.

It won't be a bikini that I hang up in my room for motivation. It will be a pair of Daisy Dukes.

Come next summer if y'all happen to be over at my house....you might just see me in my Daisy Dukes.
