It's Wed & I have only been on sparks for a few days. Still trying to figure everything out. Started the week of VERY stressful. I hit a deer Monday morning on my way to work messed up the front of my car & killed the deer. Not a great start. Trying to stay positive & eat right & do my exercises. I also have started doing Biggest Loser Challenges in our office of over 400 people that I'm in charge of (challenge that is).. LOL We just ended our summer long one & I only lost 3.4 lbs with it. We start up our Fall challenge Oct 4 to Dec 13 I'm really hoping it turns out differently for me & I'm one of the top winners of the challenge. I'm great at motivating others & they do well it's just taking my own advice.. :) Well have a great day & thanks for stopping by.

    Good luck with Spark and with your work challenge! Just remember to set small goals and to not beat yourself up if you slip a little. You'll do great!
