Exercise and How I came to love it

I am feeling better the more I exercise, that and things fit better and look nice toned instead of being floppy...still have areas that need work but than I started at 310 pounds so it definitely needs some work...but I am getting there at the turtles pace...I realized today that some where along the line I went from detesting exercise to actually liking to loving it....I actually realized it this morning while I was doing lunges and thinking that they were quite fun and I actually looked forward to them....strange I know but I remember back to when I hardly could do them across the room before I wanted to lay down and die...and now they are just part of the routine...I feel the same way about step ups....and now that I have graduated to more advance weight training exercises I feel even more inspired to do more...

    Good for you!!!! I've definitely learned that exercising feels good to my body, and that makes it much more enjoyable!! So glad to hear that you're starting to look forward to your workouts!!
