Biggest Loser Premier

It was awesome to see the new Biggest Loser! I have been counting down the days for season to start. I love seeing the transformations! I am in shock from all of the rediculously huge numbers at the weigh ins. It is definitely not realistic for me to lose 20+ lbs per week. I'll take the slower route, even though I would love to lose weight that quickly. :o)

    Oh losing 20+ pounds in a week is easy! All you have to do is workout 10 hours a day and eat 900 calories! emoticon
    I like watching the show too, but sometimes I feel bad for the contestants at first, that first week must be total hell for them!
