I feel like I'm finally making some ground in regards to using Photoshop - thank goodness! I didn't get as far as I'd have liked today in the editing process but I'll get there. And Sophisticated Snapshots is starting to get the word out... one of Tony's co-workers saw the few wedding pics I have posted on FB and called about setting up a shoot today.

I have finished my strength training, a 20-minute circuit training workout, and am about to do a TurboJam workout while I watch The Biggest Loser. I love this show - it helps to keep me motivated. And I want to get in some more minutes for my Last Chance Workout.

I love me some #BL12!! As for the first week weight loss, well the first week is always one of the biggest, because most of it is water weight not fat. But still to lose 12% of your total body weight is AWESOME.

As for the Photoshop thing. They are into day 2 of a 4 day Creative Live Free seminar online at www.creativelive.com . Lesa Snider the author of one of the popular manuals for PS is going over quite a bit. You might want to check it out.

I'm a predominately Lightroom/Aperture guy and only use photoshop when I'm doing composites or HDR. But it's an awesome tool to learn!

Of course in the end it's about Making Photographs, and as long as you enjoy it keep it up!

Congrats on working out during the show. I need a bigger house before I can work out and watch TV. My living room looks like Toys 'R Us exploded :)

My jaw hit the floor... but then I remember that I saw "big" numbers after my first really hard week. It gets harder to see those numbers but I love watching their progress.

I could cry that someone lost 37 pounds in one week, when I haven't been able to lose more than 16 in 3 months! emoticon
