5% Fall Challenge Commitment

Here's my Commitment!!
Exercise Plan: Running 2-3 x per week with 1 longer run on Sundays; Training with my PT 2 x per week; Bootcamp class 1 x week and Powerflex class 1 x week.
Eating Plan: Stick to 1200-1500 calories per day - focusing on more fruits and veggies and lots of protein. Limit snacking and alcohol.
How will I connect with my team: By participating each day along the challenge, commenting on blogs and posts.
Looking forward to rocking out the Fall challenge and hoping for a more significant change than I had in the summer challenge.
