Tracking and Walking

I have dropped my Weight Watcher membership and am going to embrace the SparkPeople approach alone. I was trying to do both and getting nowhere, and then I did nothing for a couple of months. Now I am going to use this system and see if I can make some progress. I teach Aqua Fitness two nights a week now and have fallen away from my dog-walking and outside activities during the heat of the summer. I am going to try to increase my walks this week and monitor my food intake exactly. I know I have some bad choices in there, and I need to sort them out. Would appreciate any encouraging words from someone on a similar journey.
