honestly can I do this?

Monday, September 19, 2011

So today I opened up the SP site for the 1st time in months.....I just have not been successful. I know I can do this, I just don't know why I can't stick to it and feed off little successes...

So I am going to get the book out and start from the beginning. I hope to get my husband and kids behind me. I have a few motivators: 1) I don't want to wake up one day at 60 having had no energy for 10 years and not living life to its fullest 2) I have some really nice clothes that I want to wear looking just fine in them and 3) a very dear friend of my husband and I is getting married in January after searching for the right wife this time for over 20 years....we are thrilled and I don't want to show up at the wedding Fat and Dumpy!

So its Monday and its beautiful outside, time to get out and be active!

That's why you are on the JDI team- because you are ready to take action !
Every little choice counts and I for one believe you can do it. But the only one that can make it happen is you. If you need help staying accountable, join in our weekly challenge which is always about personal accountability.
    Looking forwardnto following your process,
Take care and have a great, new, fresh week,

Yes, yes, yes, you can!!! I believe we are all capable of doing whatever we set our hearts and minds to, so if you're committed to yourself and getting healthy you can do this! It may not be easy, but that's okay... just remember to keep on keeping on! You have the right idea, read the book, and do the steps... you will have set backs, but you'll still be a step ahead! I have so much faith in this program...

    Stay strong!

    Answer to your question? YES!!!!
Baby steps are what work for me. Maybe try committing to "Just 10 Minutes" of exercise a day? Anyone can do "Just 10 Minutes" and it will lead to more, especially if you find something fun to do that you enjoy. YOU CAN DO IT!
