Well started the new regiment dont know if i like it, feel like i am not working hard enough now, i enjoy exercise and cardio, seems like i have too many rest days now, today's eating didnt go well especially at dinner. we had hamburgers, so i ate one with mustard no bun, and jumbo hot dogs, ate half with chili and french fries. its amazing how how those calories get. I seem to do well with breakfast and lunch but dinner just doesnt seem to go right. i rarely go over the high end on calories, but just looking at the quantity of food for the calories is interesting. it is sure an eye opener on the quantity i used to eat, i heard that my stomach will shrink down to a normal size when i get a handle on this eating portion sizes again. Hope everyone is doing well.
